V\u0161ichni zn\u00e1me nad\u0161en\u00e9 za\u010d\u00e1tky, kdy se rozhodneme, \u017ee se nau\u010d\u00edme anglicky, hr\u00e1t na kytaru anebo ps\u00e1t v\u0161emi deseti. Nad\u0161en\u00ed a nov\u00e9 za\u010d\u00e1tky jsou kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 a postup je rychl\u00fd. A pak p\u0159ijde \u017eivot a s n\u00edm b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 povinnosti. A to i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se v\u00e1m zrovna nebude cht\u00edt anebo se nab\u00eddne jin\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed vyhrazen\u00e9ho \u010dasu.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Vytvo\u0159te si ritu\u00e1l.<\/strong> M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt t\u0159eba jenom t\u0159i mal\u00e9 kroky. Je to zcela norm\u00e1ln\u00ed. Jenom\u017ee si mus\u00edte p\u0159ipustit, \u017ee <strong>motivace je pouze bonus, kter\u00fd ale nen\u00ed nezbytn\u011b nutn\u00fd k vykon\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 aktivity<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>M\u011bjte na pam\u011bti, \u017ee:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Va\u0161e mysl v\u00e1m d\u00e1v\u00e1 pouze n\u00e1vrhy, nikoliv p\u0159\u00edkazy. <\/strong>Kdy\u017e v\u00e1m mysl \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: \u201eU\u017e se mi nechce, poj\u010fme si rad\u011bji ud\u011blat kafe a \u010d\u00edst,\u201c d\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1m jenom n\u00e1vrh. Nen\u00ed to p\u0159\u00edkaz, abyste se skute\u010dn\u011b zvedli. Vy jste p\u00e1nem sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota, nikoliv va\u0161e my\u0161lenky.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Nepohodl\u00ed je do\u010dasn\u00e9. <\/strong>U\u010den\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 a nepohodln\u00e9. Tento diskomfort je ale jenom do\u010dasn\u00fd. Nebudete se tak c\u00edtit nav\u011bky.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Nikdy nebudete litovat dobr\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce pot\u00e9, co ji odvedete.<\/strong> Stalo se v\u00e1m n\u011bkdy, \u017ee jste se o n\u011bco sna\u017eili, bylo to t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, ale nakonec jste to dokon\u010dili? Litovali jste toho? Nikdy. Byli jste na sebe py\u0161n\u00ed. Pravda je takov\u00e1, \u017ee \u017eivot \u017eijeme te\u010f. Sest\u00e1v\u00e1 se z mal\u00fdch moment\u016f, jako je tenhle. Nec\u00edtit se motivovan\u00ed je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017eivota.
